Heavy-Duty Trackway Panels

Stadia XHD

Deploy heavy-duty access fast, without tools, bolts, or separate locking hardware. Stadia XHD is a self-locking, modular access and ground protection system designed to create temporary roadways, access routes and working platforms over sensitive or soft ground. Each panel integrates sixteen internal 5 mm supporting uprights to help deliver heavy-duty performance.

The Heavy-Duty Trackway Panels are purpose-built for applications such as construction access, event and stadium protection, and military access/helipad support, providing a stable surface for heavy vehicles and rotary-wing aircraft where ground conditions allow.

Why teams choose Heavy-Duty Trackway Panels

  • Self-locking “drop and lock” design: align panels, drop into place and lock, no cam locks, bolts, or keys required.
  • Heavy-duty load support: supports axle weights up to 12.5 tonnes (ground-dependent) and static loads up to 150 tonnes per m² (ground-dependent).
  • Rapid deployment: designed to be deployed at 55 m² per person per hour over time.
  • Efficient logistics: up to 1,140 m² per 40 ft truck / Hi Cube container.
  • Designed for harsh conditions: inert and non-conductive, resistant to solvents, non-corroding, and UV resistant.

Panel sizes & weights

Panel option Size (L × W) Weight
Full panel 2,800 mm × 500 mm 30 kg
Full panel (compact) 2,000 mm × 500 mm 20 kg
Half panel 1,400 mm × 500 mm 15 kg
Half panel (compact) 1,000 mm × 500 mm 10 kg

Suitable surfaces

Heavy-Duty Trackway Panels are for use on turf, grass, sand, and graded ground. For best results, surfaces should be level and adequately supporting (performance is ground-dependent).

FAQs

Do we need tools or separate locking hardware?

No. The Heavy-Duty Trackway Panels uses a built-in self-locking mechanism designed to eliminate the need for separate locks or tools.

How quickly can we deploy it?

The system is specified for deployment at approximately 55 m² per person per hour over time, depending on site conditions and layout complexity.

What loads can it handle?

The Heavy-Duty Trackway Panels support axle weights up to 12.5 tonnes and static loads up to 150 t/m², noting performance is ground-dependent. Always align selection with site conditions and your engineering/WHS requirements.

What surfaces is it designed for?

Turf, grass, sand, and graded ground, with level and supportive ground preferred.
