Introduction to CBRNE Threat Response
J3Seven’s CBRNE Awareness and Introduction Course is designed to provide emergency services, Defence personnel, and emergency management teams with a foundational understanding of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) threats. Participants will gain essential knowledge of agent types, exposure pathways, and the short- and long-term effects of CBRNE incidents.
The curriculum focuses on theoretical training in threat recognition, risk assessment, and the core principles of CBRNE incident response. Through interactive learning and case-based discussions, attendees explore agency roles and responsibilities, fostering inter-agency coordination and effective communication. The course also introduces standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for initial response, preparing participants to take immediate, informed action in real-world events.
