The Ultra-Lightweight Camouflage Tunnel is a rapidly deployable concealment system made for vehicles, command centres, and field operations. Constructed from advanced 3D camouflage material, the tunnel provides multi-spectrum protection across the visual, short-wave infrared (SWIR), mid-wave infrared (MWIR), and long-wave infrared (LWIR) ranges. Lightweight, snag-free, and fire-resistant, the ULCAT enables fast vehicle insertion, secure concealment, and rapid exit while maintaining interior visibility to the outside environment.

Designed for operational speed, the tunnel features fast-opening front and rear doors, allowing for quick insertion and evacuation of vehicles. Additional lateral personnel doors ensure flexible entry and exit options during missions. Setup requires only 20–30 minutes with a team of two to four people.

Constructed from breathable, non-snag, fire-resistant material, the Ultra-Lightweight Camouflage Tunnel balances strength with portability. The structure is supported by fibreglass tent poles and ground spikes, while the camouflage netting remains lightweight for ease of handling. The material resists oil, tearing, and breaking, ensuring durability in harsh field conditions.

Operational Versatility

With its natural 3D pattern, the Ultra-Lightweight Camouflage Tunnel blends seamlessly into woodland and mixed-terrain environments. It can accommodate an armoured vehicle while leaving additional space for a field office or command centre. When required, the system can also be deployed as a camouflage screen without poles or spreaders.

Built to withstand diverse climates, the Ultra-Lightweight Camouflage Tunnel operates effectively in temperatures from –45°C to +70°C. Its non-absorbent material ensures performance in wet conditions, while resistance to fire, water, and abrasion supports long-term use in demanding environments.
