Aluminium Trackway for Temporary Roads and Access
AmP Panel
AmP Panel
AmP is a heavy‑duty aluminium trackway that crews can deploy without cranes. It is set down by a JCB 926 (or similar) and then manually laid, delivering robust roadways with a small team. Each panel measures 3000 × 1150 × 40 mm and weighs about 104 kg, with axle capacity up to 12.5 tonnes (ground‑dependent static bearing up to 100 t/m²).
Why organisations choose this system
- Stronger connections: 10 connection points per panel and brick‑weave layouts improve integrated strength.
- Smoother surface: seamless side‑join reduces trip hazards for people and plant.
- Lean logistics: forklift + 2–4‑person teams; typical shipping up to 200 panels per truck or ~180 in a 40‑ft Hi‑Cube.
- All‑weather build: aluminium construction; −45 °C to +45 °C; drainage holes shed liquid.
- Versatile ground types: grass, sand, soil, snow, gravel, concrete and asphalt.
- Options: multiple panel variants; anodised finish available for hot climates.
