QUICKBLOCK®
Interlocking Rapid-Assembly Blocks
Interlocking Rapid-Assembly Blocks
Build bunds, walls, bays and shelters in minutes with a flat-pack, interlocking block system that requires no specialist tools or labour. QUICKBLOCK is designed to snap together quickly, disassemble cleanly, and be reused as layouts change, supporting rapid infrastructure when time is limited.
Available in two grades; standard QUICKBLOCK (recycled polypropylene) and QUICKBLOCK Defence (ballistic/blast-focused). The system is used across general infrastructure, security, and defence applications where flexibility and repeatable deployment matter.
Choose your grade
| Option | Best for | Specifications | Protection approach | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| QUICKBLOCK Standard | Bunds, equipment bays, partitions, temporary rooms/shelters, range structures, general infrastructure |
|
Can be in-filled with sand or aggregate where added mass / ballistic & blast protection is required | Made from 100% recycled polypropylene; supplied flat-packed; reusable and recyclable |
| QUICKBLOCK Defence | Rapid protective infrastructure for Defence and higher-risk tasks where cover is required within minutes | 457 x 229 x 229 mm, 7kg | Designed for ballistic and blast protection without additional infill (application dependent) | Made from lightweight steel and composite ballistic materials; typically < 7 kg per block; NATO green options available |
Advantages
- Tool-free rapid build: intuitive “open, click, build” workflow for fast assembly and disassembly.
- Flat-pack logistics: designed for compact transport.
- Reusable & reconfigurable: assemble, disassemble and reconfigure as requirements change.
- Durable in harsh weather: extensive impact testing plus suitability for heavy rainfall and high winds (100 mph / approx. 160 km/h) with UV protection.
- Proven mechanical performance (standard blocks): vertical load bearing max load 35.99 kN; horizontal compression max load 3.6 kN.
- Maintainable structures: patented cell structure is designed so damage can be isolated and blocks/panels replaced rather than rebuilding entire structures.
How it works
Blocks snap-fit together in common bonds (for example stretcher or stack bond). Depending on the structure, courses can be capped for a cleaner finish, voids can be in-filled for added stability/mass, and sections can be disassembled and reused as the layout evolves.
FAQs
Which version should we choose?
QUICKBLOCK is ideal for rapid general infrastructure and bunding/walls where flexibility and logistics are key (and where local infill can be added if required). QUICKBLOCK Defence is designed for defence-oriented protective infrastructure where rapid cover and higher protection performance are priorities.
Do we need tools or specialist trades?
No. The system is designed for rapid assembly without specialist tools or labour.
Can the blocks be reused?
Yes. QUICKBLOCK is designed to be assembled, disassembled, and reconfigured repeatedly as layouts and site requirements change.
Can QUICKBLOCK be used for ballistic/blast applications?
Standard QUICKBLOCK structures can be in-filled with sand or aggregate to provide ballistic and blast protection (further performance data available on request). QUICKBLOCK Defence is designed to provide ballistic and blast protection without additional infill (application dependent).
