High‑Output Multi‑Fuel Tactical Generator

IntelliGEN 5000 Multi‑Fuel Generator

The IntelliGEN 5000 is a military‑grade, multi‑fuel generator designed to deliver reliable 5kW class power for deployed operations, field headquarters and emergency response. With electric start, a 17L internal fuel tank and a rugged wheeled frame, it provides serious output while remaining manoeuvrable enough for one‑, two‑ or four‑person handling in austere environments.

Optimised for defence and government users, the IntelliGEN 5000 runs on standard military fuels such as JP‑8 / F‑24 and F‑34 “NATO”, as well as unleaded petrol and a wide range of other approved fuels. It is quiet, plug‑in compatible with INI Power’s TRINITY™ hybrid systems, and built to keep critical communications, sensors and infrastructure powered anywhere, anytime.

What’s included

  • 1 × IntelliGEN 5000 multi‑fuel generator (V2.5)
  • 1 × initial oil fill bottle
  • 1 × 30A splitter cable
  • 2 × spark plugs
  • 1 × maintenance kit
  • 1 × operator manual
  • 2 × cold‑start canisters (removed for air shipment)
  • 2 × 15W‑40 small‑engine oil (quarts)
  • 1 × quick reference card
  • 1 × SurePak shipping / storage container

Key benefits

  • High output in a compact footprint: Delivers up to 5,000W on petrol and 3,500W on JP‑8 / F‑24 at sea level, supporting heavier loads than typical portable sets.
  • True multi‑fuel flexibility: Can use JP‑8 / F‑24, F‑34 “NATO”, petrol, propane, iso‑propanol, kerosene/paraffin, avgas, Jet‑A / Jet‑A1, JP‑5, JP‑4 and mogas, simplifying fuel logistics in theatre. The unit can also operate on diesel in an emergency, with more frequent oil changes.
  • Electric start, immediate power: Electric start system and integrated cold‑start canisters provide rapid, no‑fuss start‑up in a range of climates.
  • Quiet noise signature: Engineered for a small acoustic signature to better support tactical and night operations.
  • Rugged and manoeuvrable: Heavy‑duty frame with large wheels and folding handles allows one‑, two‑ or four‑person movement across rough ground.
  • Parallel and hybrid ready: Plug‑in compatible with TRINITY™ hybrid power systems or can run stand‑alone, giving flexibility from simple backup power through to integrated micro‑grids.
  • Designed for real environments: Tunable for high elevations (tested to approx. 3,048m) with wide operating and storage temperature ranges for global deployments.

Typical applications

  • Powering command posts, communications, surveillance and electronic systems at forward operating bases.
  • Backup and surge power for deployable medical, CBRN, EOD and intelligence capabilities.
  • Vehicle‑independent power for field workshops, tools and battery charging hubs.
  • Emergency and disaster‑relief operations where fuel types and supply chains are uncertain.
  • Integration into hybrid and micro‑grid solutions using TRINITY™ or other power management systems.
