Multi‑fuel Microturbine Generator
Bladon Micro Turbine Genset
Bladon Micro Turbine Genset
The Bladon MTG is a microturbine generator designed for off‑grid, bad‑grid and back‑up power in defence, humanitarian and remote operations. It uses air‑bearing, single‑moving‑part technology—so there’s no engine oil or liquid coolant—and typically needs just one service visit per year. The MTG runs on diesel, kerosene, paraffin or HVO, including blended fuels to reduce costs and deter theft. It produces clean, quiet power (typically < 60 dB(A) at 7 m) and meets EU Stage V‑equivalent emissions performance. Choose the MTG12 (≈ 12 kW / 15 kVA) or scale output with multi‑unit configurations (e.g., MTP40 40 kVA).
Why organisations choose Bladon MTG
- Minimal maintenance: one service visit per year; 45,000‑hour design life; no oil or coolant.
- Multi‑fuel & secure: runs on diesel, kerosene, paraffin and HVO; blended fuels help deter theft.
- Cleaner & quieter: Stage V‑equivalent emissions and < 60 dB(A) @ 7 m (≈ 55 dB with optional quiet pack).
- Reliable power quality: pure sine‑wave inverter, 230 V single‑phase, 50/60 Hz configurable.
- Scalable power: connect multiple MTGs to reach higher kVA (e.g., MTP40 40 kVA).
- Remote oversight: DeepSea DSE7320 controller with DSE890 4G/RS‑485 telemetry.

Frequently asked questions
Which fuels can we use?
Diesel, kerosene, paraffin and HVO—and you can blend fuels to manage cost and logistics.
How often is servicing required?
Once per year regardless of run hours, with a 45,000‑hour design life (follow the Bladon maintenance schedule).
How quiet is the MTG?
< 60 dB(A) at 7 m in standard trim; an optional quiet pack can reduce this to around 55 dB(A).
Can we parallel units for more power?
Yes—multiple MTGs can be connected to deliver higher aggregate output (e.g., MTP40 40 kVA).
Does it support 60 Hz?
Yes—50/60 Hz is end‑user configurable without affecting fuel consumption.
