• Wet areas or powders: the kit includes two Dacron swabs that can be moistened with buffer solution for sampling.
• Transport: the sample can then be placed in the 50 mL centrifuge tube for transport.
• Dry sampling option: if dry sampling is required, a Dacron pad can be used and then placed in a plastic bag for transport.
• Documentation: each kit includes a Chain-of-Custody form to support traceable handling.
