The Oxygen Fittings Kit was developed to support high pressure charging of oxygen systems. The kit contains a variety of adapters for various connections, this means any source can be used for filling systems to support breaching or high altitude pre-breathing operations.

Oxygen Fittings Kit

The Oxygen Fittings Kit (oxygen hoses, manifold, and fittings) is made to customer supplied specifications. All components are oxygen-cleaned to MILSPEC-1330-D and then bagged. The ruggedised case is supplied with a custom-made foam tray to identify and secure each component.

 

Kit Features

  • NHP-03-(4.6m) oxygen hose assembly kit, 4.6m length. SS braided, teflon lined HP hose with SS male ends (Qty 2).
  • NHP-03-(1.8m) oxygen hose assembly, 1.8m with SS braided, teflon lined HP hose and SS male ends (Qty 8).
  • NHP-03-(0.91m) oxygen hose assembly, 0.91m with SS braided, teflon lined HP hose and SS male ends (Qty 8).
  • NHP-01 brass oxygen manifold with female Swagelok QD fittings. 10 total ports (9 Swagelok females, 1 port bleed fitting) (Qty 1).
  • NHP-02 inline gauge assembly, high pressure oxygen, female to female QC4 0-6000psi (Qty 1).
  • NHP-08 high altitude jump bottle Schrader adapter fittings. Used to fill original Schrader valves with green Swagelok QC4 female attached. Oxygen cleaned and bagged (Qty 2).
  • NHP-10 female #4 VCO to female Swagelok QD adapter fitting (Qty 2).
  • NHP-11 Swagelok male to male QC4 key 3 adapter fitting with caps (Qty 2).
  • NHP-12 Swagelok female to female QC4 key 3 adapter fitting with caps (Qty 2).
  • NHP-16 replacement o-rings for #4 VCO fittings, sold by package quantity 100, oxygen cleaned and bagged.
  • NHP-17 CGA-870 to female Swagelok QD adapter (Qty 1).
  • NHP-18 LP QD adapter connection with flashback arrestor (mini brass Dixon QD male, flashback arrestor, pipe connector to Dixon 2A female QD) (Qty 2).
  • NHP-21 female oxygen quick disconnect, straight to Swagelok female QD adapter with dust cap. Oxygen cleaned per MILSPEC-1330-D, Viton o-ring. SS dust plug included (tethered) (Qty 4).
  • NHP-22 HP oxygen mini QD female with dust plug to 90-degree brass elbow to female Swagelok green QD fitting with dust cap (Qty 4).
